Yes, our garden studios and offices are built will all year round use as a top priority. Our garden offices and studios are intended to be a home from home like feel.

Underfloor heating can be installed as an optional extra, however the heat retention properties of our floors mean that all of our buildings are so efficient it would not be essential.

Are garden offices are temporary structures and are moveable- however this would be chargeable to you as the customer and may equate to an amount that does not make moving the building viable.

Planning permission is not usually required as our buildings fall under permitted development (built under 2.5m externally). Most houses, even in consecration areas and areas of outstanding National beauty (AONB) have permitted development rights. Flats and listed buildings have no development rights, so will always need planning permission.
